You can return your order within 30 days after receiving the product. The product can be returned either for a refund or an exchange. In order to make a return, the product must be in new and unworn condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging contents enclosed in the original box. We reserve the right to reject any returns, requests for exchanges or refunds if the item does not meet the above requirements.
Rens come with standard, medium-size width however the 4-way stretch material may be flexible enough to comfortably accommodate a slightly wider fit.
We recommend using a small amount of any standard, non-solvent based detergent, and a clean cloth to wipe away any grime that won’t come off with a quick rinse.
Although it took about 2 weeks from the time I ordered to the time I received the shoes, once I got them it was a great BLESSING!!!
The shoes took about 4 days to ship and arrived at my home after about 10 days but when they arrived they fit well and were waterproof just as promised! One of my best shoe decisions and I hope to order again!!!
I like these shoes. However it took nearly a month after I ordered them for them to ship. They charge high prices for shipping and now it’s over three weeks after they shipped them and I still haven’t received them. As much as I like the shoes I won’t be ordering online again. I’m not waiting so long for a pair of shoes. Rens, when you ask me to write a review it’s best to see if I’ve received your product first.
First of all: I like these shoes! The last 2 yeas I just had the red/white ones, wearing them a lot.
Now I needed some real black ones and so I decided for stealth black.
According to the pictures I expected an dark grey look of the sole - not at all: it’s really light grey and not suitable for a black formal suit. Anyway I will wear them for more casual issue.
My latest purchase is my second pair of RENS and what I learned from the first was to order one size larger than normal. I normally wear size 11E men's but found out in the first pair that there is no margin at the toes. So, with the second pair I went to a 12. What a difference in comfort. Recommendation: order one size larger than normal. If the larger size a little loose in the fit, just add some cotton strips in the toe area.
Men's Coffee Sneakers - Stealth Black
Overall I think I'm keeping them, they look nice, they are flexible.
Pros:
- Waterproof works well
- Flexible - can walk, run, little bit of outdoor, they won't break when you go out of town
- Very easy to put on and off
Cons:
- The delivery within Europe took over 1 week.
- These shoes DID HURT A LOT in the first two weeks. Like everywhere. On fingers, from top, when bending, at the back. I was just stubborn enough to push through for a few more days to see if it's temporary or permanent. Seems to mostly fall off after two weeks for now.

Very nice quality product, no flaws! Haven't taken them outside for a test run yet, but wearing them around the house on different occasions was like wearing comfy slippers. My first impressions are spot on product which I hope will continue when I get the chance wearing them around outside. Fab!
