Does the waterproof feature wear off?

It’s not a treatment—it’s built into the shoe. Each pair of Rens contains a breathable, waterproof nano-layer driven by our AquaScreen Tech™. This keeps your feet stay dry for your sneaker’s entire lifecycle.

*Though the waterproof layer could last for the entire lifecycle of the sneaker, it is subject to damages caused by accident, improper care such as machine washing (manual hand washing is recommended), negligence, excessive or abusive wear conditions, or normal wear and tear. However, our support channel is open to receiving requests on waterproof issues and will provide the appropriate support as possible.

Are Rens really 100% vegan?

Yes, all materials, dyes, and adhesives are 100% vegan! No animals were harmed in the making of these awesome sneakers.

Food waste is a leading driver of greenhouse gas emissions. Did you know that the world consumes nearly 2.5 billion cups of coffee every day?

We can’t solve the problem of coffee waste alone, but we can show the world how this material can be used to make awesome products.

Do you offer wide sizes?

Rens come with standard, medium-size width however the 4-way stretch material may be flexible enough to comfortably accommodate a slightly wider fit.

How should I clean my Rens?

To clean your Rens:

For best results, use a standard sneaker cleaner made for synthetic athletic shoes or a mild/diluted laundry detergent and a clean cloth to wipe away any grime that won’t come off with a quick rinse.

As with all cleaning applications, test your product on a small, inconspicuous or unnoticeable area of the shoe to test for discoloration before applying it to the rest of the sneaker.

Methods to avoid:

We do not recommend the use of a washing machine to clean your Rens. The agitation of a washing machine may scuff or fray the knitted material or warp the internal waterproof membrane.

Additionally, avoid the use of dish soap as a cleaning agent as it may damage or degrade the upper material or internal membrane.

What type of shipping method/courier do you use?

We use USPS - Priority Mail as our primary method of shipping.

I just made an order, when will it be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched within 1–3 business days upon the purchase of the order.

How do I track an order?

When you order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please make sure to check your email inbox (please also check your spam folder).

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We offer 30-day free returns on all USA orders, upon receipt of the product. The product can be returned either for a refund or an exchange. In order to make a return, the product must be in new and unworn condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging contents enclosed in the original box. We reserve the right to reject any returns, requests for exchanges or refunds if the item does not meet the above requirements.

How do I return my order?

To return your order, please contact our support team at support@rensoriginal.com with your order number and we will provide you with a return label.

How can I get a refund?

We process refunds upon receipt of your returned item. Please contact our support team at support@rensoriginal.com.

Where is my refund? My refund was approved, but it’s been more than 7 days?

Approved refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. If your refund hasn’t been received after 7 days, please contact your bank directly and inquire about pending refunds on your account.
